Old Poway Park Family Photos | Ramona + Eiman
If you are looking for Fall in San Diego proper, Old Poway Park is your go to! Especially if you are looking for the changing of leave color, Old Poway Park makes you feel like you are in Julian, plus it has a train track! For these family photos: Old Poway Park was exactly what my client envisioned for their 2018 family holiday cards!
I can’t get over the color of the leaves! I lived briefly on the east coast, and it reminded me of the east coast fall! SO beautiful and so close! Easily accessible and lots of things for your little ones to play with. The train even drives past you!
Do they look familiar? Excited to share that I shot their maternity photos with this little one in her belly! So you could imagine my delight to see them again and this time getting to meet the little one! Of course their dog Dizzy would not miss out on this first family shoot!
This little one did so well on her first shoot! She would like right in to the camera and I am pretty sure she didn’t cry once! I think maybe at the end. This shoot was in the morning. I am becoming a huge fan of doing family portraits in the morning, especially with babies. As I start to learn the napping patterns they have that 9-11AM window that makes for a perfect photography session time slot. This shoot was one hour, I don’t think a baby could last 2 hours, perhaps with a quick nap in-between.
Dizzy was happy to have her join the family. She was already very protective of her. Can’t wait to see this family continue to grow!
