UCSD Grad Photos | RR

As a San Diego portrait photographer, I love when the spring season comes and grad portraits are in full swing. The beginning of the year also has graduates from an earlier semester, and quite frankly is a better time to avoid the crowds. The spring season, as you can imagine, is full of grad portrait sessions. The earlier or later you can schedule your grad portrait session the better. Right around graduation its a frenzy! Those that are able to get their cap and gown and any stols they want to use ahead of time, have in their best interest to book their sessions earlier. In these UCSD Grad Photos | RR, had her portraits taken on campus and at nearby Scripps Beach. A very common combo for the UCSD graduates.

Grad portraits are so fun! You get to celebrate and commemorate an important achievement in your life! A great way to celebrate the end of your finals! So feel free to get a cute outfit, or two, and book yourself a portrait session. You can wear your cap and gown, or not, or just parts of it. You can wear as many stols as you earned. You can certainly have your family come and join you, or your significant other, or enjoy the session solo! This is your time to shine and relax after working so hard in your final semester at college.

Definitely choose a location that means something to you. If there was a favorite spot on campus you liked going to, consider it an option. It’s fun to have the photos feel sentimental. This doesn’t mean it has to be, but just know that it’s possible. The shoot is for you and your memories of college life on campus. Capture the memories forever!
