San Marcos Courthouse Wedding Photos | S + U

As a San Diego courthouse wedding photographer, I love the the San Diego County Administrator office offers various locations for your San Diego civil wedding. Whether you are located north county, south, east or west, there is a location near you! Also, make it a destination civil wedding! I have had couples from Canada and from other states come get married in San Diego. You can totally have a destination courthouse wedding! With the relaxed atmosphere, there is no wonder many couples opt out of a big traditional wedding. I like to offer San Diego civil weddings with an adventurous touch! In these San Marcos Courthouse Wedding Photos | S + U, we photographed at a location that offers multiple backdrops to give you a diverse looking wedding photo gallery!

If you are planning on a summer San Marcos courthouse wedding, I would advise on an early morning ceremony appointment (8 or 8:30am), or the last available, 4 or 4:30pm. At this time of the year the temperature is very warm and the sunlight is strong. If you are not able to book the early morning appointment and instead book a mid morning, there is an easy solution. Start in reverse. So start earlier in the morning with your couple portraits and then go to your ceremony. This makes sure you get the best lighting!

Keep in mind also the different seasons. If you are looking at a photographer’s work, and you see scenery that you like, always ask what time of the year they photographed that at. It doesn’t mean you will see it again at the same time the following year, because the weather can always change. At least you can try to book it in the time frame that would be closest to it. Seasons can vary, but hopefully you can get something similar.
