San Diego Family Photos | A + L
As a San Diego family photographer, it’s such a privilege to get asked back to continue to photograph family clients. You get to see their family grow and reach new milestones! In these San Diego Family Photos | A + L, I had already done a couple maternity and family sessions and now I got to meet the newest addition! They were celebrating the first 100 days of a new baby tradition. We did an in home session. Many people might think that your family photo sessions have to be outdoor. They can always be in the comfort of your home. Just note, that for me, I still use natural lighting. So sessions get booked when your home gets the most amount of natural light possible.
Newborn sessions share the same in home experience. Since your baby is fresh, many choose to stay at home in order to avoid any harsh weather elements. Plus, it’s just easier. If your baby has to feed or needs his or her diaper changed, nothing beats the comfort of your home! Newborn sessions can happen in the first week or month. Give yourself some grace. Don’t stress thinking you need photos ASAP. You will be on low sleep and for first time parents, you will just feel like you are in non stop parent mode. So rest assured, you can wait a month.
Another cool thing about having an in home session, is that you can show off your favorite parts of your home. Whether your kids want to show all their toys or how they play, it can all be documented in a more lifestyle type of way.
