San Diego City Hall Wedding Photos | A + G

As a San Diego city hall wedding photographer, or as others call it, San Diego courthouse wedding photographer, I love when people add a bonus location for their wedding couple portraits. When you choose the San Diego option for your marriage license and ceremony, there are so many other spots nearby that add versatility to your backdrops. You can go to downtown San Diego, Seaport Village, Coronado Beach, La Jolla Cove, Balboa Park and much more! Balboa Park recently had their botanical garden renovated and it looks beautiful! In these San Diego City Hall Wedding Photos | A + G opted for Balboa Park as their second location for wedding couple photos and specifically requested the Botanical Garden. Feel free to always express to your photographer particular spots you wish to have your photo taken.

Please note that this courthouse wedding was taken in December. I am finally playing catch up with my posts. So don’t expect this type of holiday decor at any other time of the year. I believe it’s the month of December and January that the San Diego county administrator building and Balboa Park decorate for the holidays. If you want that aesthetic, then definitely wait till then to make your appointment (and book your photographer). There is a small chance of rain, but for the most part, you should be ok.

Another thing to take into account from this San Diego civil wedding, is the first look. If there are activities that normally go on during full day weddings that you would like to apply to your courthouse wedding; please let your photographer know. They will do their best to accommodate as much as they can, and is allowed for, your big day! Another example is personal vows.
