Mission Beach San Diego Wedding Photos | P + A
As a San Diego elopement photographer, it’s no surprise I have photographed a lot of beach weddings! San Diego is a destination for many couples looking to say “I DO” with their toes in the sand! You can pretty much do it all year too! We aren’t tropical weather like Miami, but we do have pretty nice weather throughout the year. Locals take advantage of this great weather too! My favorite time of the year to photograph beach weddings is the fall. It’s not as hot and the sun just hugs you tight at sunset. In these Mission Beach San Diego Wedding Photos | P + A, had the most beautiful beach wedding they could have asked for! Surrounded by close friends and family, it was exactly what they wanted for their micro wedding.

There is so much wedding lingo out there that it may have you a little confused. A true elopement, is when just the couple itself gets married. No one else is present. Now a days, many people use elopement when it’s just the couple and a small group of people. The term “micro-wedding” can also be used for that. When it’s a condensed version of a full blown traditional wedding. You might not participate in all the traditional activities or you may shorten the event. Then you have the full day traditional wedding. Let’s not forget the ever popular, civil courthouse wedding. Since covid, these have become very popular. It can be just the couple or they can invite a small group of guests. It can be just the ceremony or you can also add on a lunch or dinner.

The important thing to know and is clear is that this is your day and you can spend it how you like. There are no rules to follow. If there are, you set them! Imagine what celebrating your love would feel right to you guys and elaborate on that. You may want guests, you may not. It’s what the two of you want and no one else!
