“I am so glad we selected Melissa to photograph our courthouse wedding! We recently got married at the San Diego County Administration Center and a couple months before the civil ceremony, reached out to her to inquire about her availability. Melissa was luckily available and immediately responsive. She was super helpful in laying out our options for a schedule given that we were interested in taking photos at a few different locations. She walked us through the process very clearly, explaining that we needed to sign a contract and pay a 50% retainer to confirm the booking. She also provided tips on other vendors (e.g., flowers, makeup). It was evident from the beginning that we had made the right choice in selecting someone who was professional, kind, responsive, and very experienced at photographing courthouse weddings. 🙂

Prior to the ceremony, we did a walk through at the courthouse where she went over the locations she had in mind to photograph us. It made the day-of very smooth and seamless as we knew in general what to expect. Melissa showed up early the day of our wedding and provided wonderful guidance to us with posing throughout the afternoon, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable and at ease with her.

Melissa sent us our photos super quickly afterwards (within 2 days), which we were very impressed by; we did not expect to receive them all so soon. The photos are so beautiful and we are very pleased by how they turned out!
